Eat Real Food, Part I – Our Challenge

Like thousands of other Americans, it all started with Food Inc. It was December 2009 and I was wrapping Chrismas presents in our small first home (shout out to CSL #829 - a lot of good memories there!). Nick decided to put on Food, Inc and probably still regrets that decision, lol.

Life Lessons Learned From 9 Years of Marriage

The first time I dated Nick Hergott was in 1998. We were 14, just young little bucks. We dated on and off through high school and college, and in 2006, our Senior year at KU he proposed (well, kinda, he assumed it was a shoe-in (it was) and slipped the ring on my finger late one night while I was sleeping. I was ecstatic and Sarah and I skipped class to get bagels to celebrate. Life at 22 <3)
